As an Accounts Assistant at The Cadogan you will join our fantastic Finance team who look after each other, our amazing property and our guests.

Primary Responsibilities Include
- Undertake a weekly review of all invoices that have an unresolved “match exception”, liaising with Heads of Department to ensure that issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Assist in ensuring that all changes to the supplier master file in respect of changes of address, changes of bank details etc. are accurate and processed in a timely manner.
- Ensure that the hotel’s Petty Cash is maintained and ensure that all floats are reimbursed as per company policy.
- Raise Capital Expenditure Projects in line company policy and track all expenditure to ensure costs remain within budget.
- Prepare the bank and credit card reconciliations and submit for approval on a weekly basis.

Requirements
What You Bring:
- WORKDAY ERP system knowledge will be a plus
- Experience in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Detail-oriented and highly organised
- Experience working in the luxury hospitality industry is a plus
