Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in new business sales, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. This role is pivotal in driving our growth strategy and expanding our market presence.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategic business development sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver outstanding customer experience through the sales cycle.
  • Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify potential opportunities and threats.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

What you’ll need:

  • A proven track record of success in sales, ideally selling technology services and solutions.
  • An ability to develop and maintain customer stakeholder relationships, up to and including C-level.
  • An ability to manage and prioritise workload.
  • A growth mindset, and a strong desire to be successful.
