As a result of business growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Contract’s Assistant to join our expanding, positive, caring, and ambitious Account Management Department based from our Head Office in Harwell, Oxfordshire.

This role plays a key and active part in the Account Managing department and will provide assistance with client request/requirements, projects and admin ad hoc works. The role will involve being responsible for the administration on key contracts, alongside our experienced Account Management team with whom you will work closely with to ensure success on all service points and absolute customer satisfaction.

Requirements

The Contracts Assistant is responsible for:

  • Providing support for the Account Managers to include administration
  • Generating quotes and correspondence from info provided by Account Manager
  • Generating tasks from client requests
  • ob Management / Processing for invoicing
  • Liaising with purchasing dept for parts and equipment ordering
  • SMS’s Internal Compliance Portal Maintenance and management
  • Uploading Data to client portal
  • Asset and task management
  • Liaising with internal departments
  • Contract renewals and reviews with Accounts Managers
  • Generate reports/communications for clients with Account Managers
  • KPI reports for clients
  • Any ad hoc duties that may be required

To deliver excellence in the SMS services to the customer, the Contract’s Assistant will play an integral role at supporting the account management department to deliver high quality SMS service to our clients.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate that they have:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Essential
  • Attention to Detail - Essential
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel and Google applications – Essential
  • The ability to integrate well with other members of their teams – Essential
  • The ability to travel to clients and other regional offices (Cardiff, Derby, Glasgow) - Desirable
