As a Digital Product Owner for our Private Client products, you will be the key decision-maker for the team, ensuring that our offerings align with business needs and client expectations. This is an exciting opportunity to become a pivotal part of our agile team, where your insights and expertise will shape our product strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will maximize the value generated by the team by effectively communicating the Private Clients business strategy, becoming a business expert, and aligning commercial objectives with product development. You will translate business priorities and regulatory changes into actionable user stories, manage and refine these stories, and collaborate with the team to clarify requirements and estimate work effort. Additionally, you will prioritize the backlog, present new functionalities to stakeholders, and engage in agile ceremonies to contribute to solution design thinking. Your role will also involve identifying opportunities for process improvements, managing multiple priorities under pressure, and building strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
Core Skills and Knowledge:
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following skills and knowledge:
- Experience with transactional accounts and payment lifecycles, ideally in the financial services sector.
- Familiarity with relevant regulatory frameworks, including PSD2.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodology and experience with issue tracking tools such as Jira or Trello.
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to build partnerships that demonstrate the commercial value of technology solutions.
- Effective influencing and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
