Our platform leverages state-of-the-art generative AI and large language models to provide unparalleled insights and efficiency to Family Office investment and accounting data.

For this position we require 2/3 days per week onsite in the Central London office.

We are seeking a talented Python Developer with AWS serverless experience to join our growing team. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining our Python APIs in AWS, which underpin our Web and Excel-based applications that deliver exceptional user experiences using LLM and Gen-AI technologies. Working closely with our design and product teams, you will help bring innovative ideas to life while ensuring our platform maintains high standards of security, scalability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain scalable cloud-native applications using Python and AWS services, with a focus on serverless solutions and infrastructure as code

• Develop and maintain Python APIs and underlying libraries that power our web and Excel-based applications

• Drive technical initiatives and contribute to architectural decisions

• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, monitoring systems, and security best practices

• Provide technical design and coding assistance to junior team members, ensuring the successful delivery of initiatives

• Collaborate with front-end developers to create cohesive solutions

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• 4+ years of professional software development experience with Python
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with AWS platform and services
• Solid experience with serverless architectures and infrastructure as code
• Used to working in small to medium-sized companies and be responsible for developing solutions in AWS. Candidates with large team experience may not be suitable for this role

Preferred Skills:

• Strong Software Development skills in Python (backend)
• AWS ecosystem (e.g. CloudFormation, CloudFront, CloudWatch, Lambda, ECS, API Gateway, S3, Aurora/PostgreSQL, SQS, SNS)
• Containerised deployment
• Proficient at GitHub and CI/CD
• Used to Agile practices
• You should also have good working knowledge of some of the following:
• AWS IAM/security
• AWS Serverless development
• AWS Bedrock
• Experience in tackling complex, real-world problems with efficient and reliable code
• Proactive attitude and the ability to take ownership
• Skills in mathematical problem-solving
