Head chef/ Kitchen Manager is responsible for the development of the kitchen team, to ensure performance consistently meets or exceeds the required standards. Must ensure the kitchen complies with all food hygiene and health and safety legislation, must achieve targets and budgets and maintain all kitchen records, be computer literate in order to fullfil job requirements.
Salary/hourly rate is negotiable with reference to age and experience.
