Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Artwork Preparation: Create high-quality artwork for signage, print, and branding projects, ensuring designs are production-ready.
Print & Signage Production: Prepare and format artwork for large-format printing, vinyl cutting, and digital print applications.
Customer Design Requests: Work closely with clients and the sales team to develop creative solutions tailored to their branding needs.
File Management & Proofing: Ensure all artwork files are correctly set up, proofed, and approved before production.
Collaboration with Production Team: Work alongside installers and fabricators to ensure designs translate effectively from screen to physical signage.
Creative Problem-Solving: Suggest innovative ideas and improvements for branding, layouts, and sign-making techniques.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in Graphic Design – preferably within the signage, print, or large-format industry.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
Understanding of Print & Production Processes – including file setup, colour management, and large-format printing.
Eye for Detail & Accuracy – ensuring artwork meets client and production specifications.
Creative Thinker – capable of bringing fresh ideas to projects and branding solutions.
Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment – managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
