Main duties:

• Spotting new trends in fashion industry.
• Identifying gap in the market,
• Creating new mannequins and other related products, make new concept and design to very high and excited standard in line with company policy and reputation within agreed budget and time table, Introducing new product lines with market trend and expectations.
• Reintroducing existing products with new look with some changes
• Advising product enhancement on new finishings and various other options.
• Sculpturing, Co-ordinating and supervising sculptors and mould makers
• Make concept, design and manage showrooms in London and NY, Agents show rooms in various countries if required
• Styling the showroom mannequins, styling for marketing materials etc
• International exhibitions within agreed budget.
• Advising management on new trends and product needs in the market,
• Customisation of mannequins if customer requests according to their project requirement,
• Liaising with manufacturers of mannequins,
• Liaising with wigs department and advising the trends, Introducing new styles.
• Advising make up department and introducing new make-up concepts,
• liaising with sales team and assist on customer projects, products promotions, customer events, assisting the sales team on marketing and publicity
• Photo shoot for new products and marketing materials,
• Addressing the press
• Introducing potential customers to sales team.
• Advising the sales team, wigs and make up team with regard to fashion trends.
• Addressing special events, customers, press and students.
• Providing new and fresh images to Rootstein website and social media.
• Creating high standard marketing materials.

Key Requirements:

• Experience within the window display and mannequin industry including working with premium brands

• Formal qualification in fashion or sculpturing

• Ability to design new mannequins, wigs, make up and accessories.

• Ability to design cloths for styling

• Ability to find fresh, new and innovative ways of rethinking the mannequin display, make up, wigs and styling.

• Sculpturing skills and a strong understanding of sculpturing

• A strong visualiser and advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Photoshop.

• A keen awareness of current trends and a genuine passion for the fashion and clothing industry

• A pro-active, inspiring and innovative team player with great communication skills

• Experience in organising events and exhibitions

• Ability to use 3D printing technology for sculpting and production

• Strong communicator in English and any other major European language

• Reward 50-55k/year
