We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in enhancing our online presence and engaging with our audience across various social media platforms.

Digital Strategy Development

  • Create and implement a comprehensive social media marketing strategy that aligns with the brand’s vision and marketing objectives, in collaboration with the Marketing Director.
  • Define target audiences, content pillars and tailor content strategies to meet their preferences across various platforms.
  • Create and implement a strong community management strategy.
  • Analyze engagement metrics to assess performance and adapt strategies as needed to improve reach and interaction.

Content Delivery and Publishing

  • Work closely with the Marketing Director, Creative Director and Graphic Designer to brief and deliver organic and paid social campaign content following platform best-practice.
  • Develop additional engaging and on-brand content across TikTok, IG and Pinterest.
  • Own publishing strategy and be responsible for all publishing.
  • Maintain the content calendar to present concepts and copy for approval, ensuring consistency and timely delivery of all campaigns.
  • Day-day community management to ensure consistent interaction with the audience.

Paid Social Media Management

  • Advise on paid social media campaigns creative, manage timely content delivery to paid social media agencies with support of the Head of Marketing.
  • Receive ad performance metrics and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, adjusting creative feedback as needed.

Influencer Marketing

  • Develop and manage influencer campaigns, including negotiation of deliverables, timelines, and compensation with support of the Marketing Director.
  • Track and analyze influencer campaign performance, providing reports on engagement, reach, and ROI.

Analytics and Reporting

  • Utilize analytics tools to track performance metrics for both organic and paid social media efforts.
  • Prepare monthly reports outlining campaign performance, audience growth, engagement rates, and recommendations for future strategies.
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to inform marketing decisions and identify growth opportunities.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Marketing Director, Creative Director and Graphic Designer to ensure cohesive messaging and integrated campaigns.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on social media trends to inform product launches and promotional efforts.

Deliverables

  • Social Strategy : Annual organic social media and community management strategies.
  • Content Calendar : Monthly calendar outlining planned posts and campaigns.
  • Monthly Performance Reports : Detailed reports analyzing the performance of organic and paid social media efforts and influencer campaigns.
  • Campaign Briefs : Clear briefs for each brand campaign, including goals, deliverables, and timelines.

Communication

  • Weekly meetings to discuss strategy, performance updates, and upcoming campaigns.
  • Ongoing communication through email and project management tools to ensure alignment with brand goals.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years managing social media channels
  • Proven track record of managing social strategy and track-record of organic channel growth
  • Experienced content creator and comfortable occasionally featuring in content
  • Highly-organized, strategic and detail-oriented
  • Excellent understanding of the social-media landscape

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £35,418.00-£38,404.00 per year
