Job Summary

The position will be mainly focused on recruitment of candidates for teaching jobs in China. Being a start-up company, we have developed a strong connection with public schools and education authorities in China. The role for this job is to develop and explore high standard adverts online and offline, provide consultation services to applicant and maintain communications with Chinese clients. Basic salary and competitive rate of commission are granted.

Responsibilities and Duties

1. Recruitment of candidates for teaching jobs in China

2. Development of online adverts platform

3. Consultation with applicants and help them go through the process

4. Bring social media to life with creativity

5. Communication and regular meeting with Chinese partners

6. Help applicant with visa application process and document preparation

7. Strive to ensure every applicant’s satisfaction

Qualifications and Skills

1. No specific degree required, Bachelor degree will be a plus.

2. Previous recruitment experience is much more welcome while not necessary

3. Social media management

4. Strong communication skills

5. Admin and documents organization

6. Fast-learning
