This role will work alongside another IT Support Analyst based in our London office, to deliver IT services and support to Opus Talent Solutions and the wider group at a regional level in the day to day of IT issues from end users.

Responsibilities

• Support of local userbase IT issues and associated hardware
• Local onsite support of VC equipment and printer hardware
• Confident in Windows 10/11, M365 support, hardware resolution
• Support for JML process
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Technically capable, able to demonstrate excellent troubleshooting skills
• A good team player and able to take instruction and ensure high level of service is achieved

You will need:

• At least 1-2 years’ experience in IT Support
• A solid background in IT Support
• Windows Endpoints, 365 environments, Intune, Active Directory, RDS, hardware, Teams, printers etc.
• Understanding of ITIL
