7 Days Performance is a fast-growing prize competition brand offering exciting opportunities to win performance cars, luxury goods, and cash prizes. As one of the fastest-growing competition platforms in the UK, we’re looking to appoint a Marketing Executive to support our organic social, paid media, and CRM efforts. This role is ideal for a creative and data-driven marketer eager to drive engagement, acquisition, and retention across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organic & Paid Social Media: Support creation and managing of engaging social media content across platforms (e.g., Meta, Snapchat, TikTok) to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • CRM & Retention: Support email, SMS, and push notification campaigns to nurture and retain customers, ensuring personalised and effective communication.
  • Content & Copywriting: Write compelling ad copy, social media posts, and customer communications that align with brand voice and marketing goals.
  • Performance Analysis : Monitor and report on campaign performance across social, paid media, and CRM, providing actionable insights to enhance effectiveness.
  • A/B Testing & Optimisation: Assist in testing creatives, messaging, and targeting strategies to improve campaign performance across all marketing channels.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with the wider marketing team to align campaigns with broader business strategies and brand initiatives.
  • Trend Monitoring : Stay updated on industry trends, social media algorithms, and emerging digital marketing strategies to keep 7 Days Performance ahead of the competition.

Location & Working Hours:

  • Full-time role, Monday to Friday, based in our offices:
  • Attleborough, Norfolk
  • This role requires working on-site to maximise collaboration and creativity.

Requirements

The Person:

  • A versatile marketer with experience in social media, paid media, and CRM.
  • Strong copywriting skills and the ability to create engaging content.
  • Highly data-driven, with an analytical mindset to optimise performance.
  • Experience with social media management tools, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and CRM platforms is a plus.
  • A proactive, creative thinker with a test-and-learn mindset.
