Hours : Monday - Friday; 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Salary & Benefits
Role : Delivery Consultant.
Salary : £21,000 - £24,000 per annum.
Bonus Scheme available
Days: 4 or 5 day week offered. (4-day week after a successful probation period).
Annual Leave : 5 weeks annual leave, plus bank holidays.

Job Overview

Joining our thriving recruitment team in an expansion role, you’ll play a pivotal part in recruiting veterinary professionals across the UK and Europe.
GVC is currently seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to join our Locum team immediately. While prior experience in a recruitment setting, be it agency or internal talent acquisition, is desirable, it’s not mandatory for all applicants, as we offer comprehensive on-the-job training during the onboarding process.

This newly established position is perfect for someone who enjoys communication with candidates, can build relationships quickly, and source candidates through various channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and CV providers. The key function will involve making numerous daily calls to Vets and Nurses, establishing their experience, qualifications, and obtaining availability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct a substantial volume of outbound phone calls (70-100 per day).
- Engage in daily activity on LinkedIn to attract new applicants.
- Advertise vacancies on behalf of the Consultants.
- Screen prospective job applicants to assess their skills and qualifications.
- Record job applicants’ CVs and contact details in the company database for future reference.
Skills and experience:
- Experience in recruitment or a related field preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to build rapport and establish relationships quickly.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
