You will be assed on your face to face skills in a controlled environment. We urge you to ask our employees questions on their job role at 3FUND. From the get go we will be honest with you, YES you can earn a serious amount of money and there is opportunity for you to get to a management position within a very short space of time. However, it is hard work and not a lot of people can achieve the standards we set. We don’t hire people that we are not 100 percent sure will be able to grasp it so please don’t be offended if you attend an interview and are not given the chance for a trial day.
