Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. This position requires strong leadership skills, the ability to analyse data effectively, and excellent communication abilities to foster long-term partnerships with clients.

Long standing reputable business within the telecoms industry with the client base to show for it.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and objectives.
- Utilise Salesforce to track account activities, manage client information, and analyse sales performance.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding product updates, service offerings, and any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of services and solutions that meet client expectations.
- Prepare and present reports on account status, sales forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in account management or a similar role within a telecom, sales environment.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a track record of successfully managing projects or teams.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

- B2B sales: 1 year (required)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
