Excellent opportunity for someone from a Quality or Product Engineering background with a strong focus on supplier development who is looking for a varied and challenging role with a global market leading business.

They have been established for 100 years and are continuing their expansion to this day. Due to their continued growth they are now looking to add to their specialist team.

In this role you will be working on a range of innovative projects where you will be tasked with sourcing and monitoring supplier performance for the development of NPI projects in the business. You will be working closely with the manufacturing team to ensure products are arriving to required designs and specification as well as working with suppliers to minimise defects as required. This role will be working 36.5 hours a week and be based entirely on site.

• Working closely with manufacturing teams on a range of exciting projects
• Enhancing relationships with suppliers and conducting audits where necessary
• 12 month initial contract with long term extension opportunities

The Person:

• Supplier Quality Engineer from a manufacturing background
• Previous experience in supplier development and relationship management
• Looking to work on exciting projects with a global market leading business
