We are offering an exciting opportunity for band 7 Therapeutic Radiographers / Clinical Technologist to join our team in a forward thinking radiotherapy department at Velindre Cancer Centre.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.

The Radiotherapy Quality Manager will be required to develop and maintain all aspects of the radiotherapy quality management system (QMS) in conjunction with the other members of the radiotherapy multidisciplinary team.

The post holder will manage all aspects of the radiotherapy QMS to ensure that the quality objectives of the radiotherapy multidisciplinary service are met in line with the quality policy, and both regulatory and accreditation requirements.

There is already an established radiotherapy quality management system (QMS), therefore, the role is principally one of modernisation, implementation and maintenance, particularly in relation to compliance with quality standards. A priority for the radiotherapy multidisciplinary service to maintain the accreditation certification to the ISO9001:2015 Quality standard.
