Purpose
As a member of the central Quality & Standards Team, you will work with operational colleagues to ensure high-quality service delivery and promote continuous improvement across Shaw Trust’s diverse services. As a functional lead and subject matter expert, you will champion quality and continuous improvement, advocate for operational excellence, and identify opportunities to enhance services through innovative, automated, and continuous improvement initiatives, balancing corporate oversight with empowering colleagues.
You will be responsible for central monitoring and oversight, ensuring processes and systems fully comply with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations. You will aim to exceed quality expectations through a culture of continuous improvement and uphold our commitment to providing high-quality services.
