Job Overview
We recently launched Tram, a white-labelled app that puts the financial plan in the palm of your hand. We are now recruiting a Product Data Analyst to lead the analysis and generation of insights for Tram and support thousands of UK adults in having a more valuable and engaging relationship with their Financial Adviser.

Role Purpose
The main purpose of this role is to collaborate closely with product managers, data engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver actionable insights that drive product strategy and performance. The product data analyst will be required to manipulate and link different data sets, uncover trends, and present clear recommendations that will play a key role in shaping the success of our products.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Statistics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
  • 4+ years of relevant working experience as a Data Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role, preferably in a product-focused environment.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau).
  • Experience with A/B testing frameworks and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Firebase, Pendo, Mixpanel, Optimizely).

Responsibilities

  • Analyse product data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform decision-making.
  • Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track product performance and user behaviour.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure accurate tracking of product metrics.
  • Conduct A/B testing and other experimentation methods to evaluate the impact of product changes and enhancements.
  • Partner with data engineers to improve data collection, storage, and processing for product analytics.
  • Use statistical and predictive modelling techniques to forecast trends and measure product outcomes.
  • Provide actionable insights and compelling enhancements to product managers and leadership to enhance user experience and drive growth.
