Are you an Electronic Engineer who is looking to progress your career by stepping up into a Team Lead role, assisting in the growth and development of a team by passing on your knowledge, while also playing a vital role in a highly technical role in a well-established organisation?

This company are a specialist manufacturer of electrical products who are going from strength to strength as they look to grow their team. Due to exciting growth plans they are looking for a keen candidate to join their friendly team.

In this role you will be involved in the design and development of electronic products, including new product implementation and research to remain at the forefront of the industry. You will also be given support to lead a Design team and progress your career.

The role would suit an Electronic (Design) Engineer who is a people-person looking to step into a leadership role, or who has prior experience in a leadership capacity.

The Role:

• Monday - Friday, 38.5 hours
• Hybrid working in office and working from home (2-3 days per week)
• Design and development of electronic and power products
• Leading a small team of engineers

The Person:

• Electronic engineering background
• Design experience
• A degree in Electronic Engineering or related would be highly beneficial
