We are looking for a Part Time Cafe Supervisor with previous experience for a busy cafe in Exmoor National Park at Wimbleball Lake (Postcode TA22 9NU).

Salary £16/hour.

It’s a part time position leading to more full time work in summer. Candidate must be flexible and able to work week days and weekends.

Barista experience is required.

The ideal candidate :

• must be able to work alone and consistently provide a good experience for our customers;
• is flexible & able to work weekends (essential);
• is organised & reliable;

Day to day duties would include:

• opening and closing the shop;
• prepare food such as toasted sandwiches and panini’s etc along with hot/cold drinks;
• managing the shop effectively & efficiently to increase sales and drive profitability;
• be accountable for stock control and all food/drink orders for the shop;
• maintain a tidy environment.
