As a result of continued growth combined with ambitious plans for future growth, our established client are currently recruitng a Marketing Manager to join their team.

Please note this position is in an area not serviced by public transport and does not offer any remote working. Please ensure that you currently live within a commutable distance of Armagh and have access to your own transport.

With the full support of management, the successful candidate will have responsibility for developing a marketing strategy aimed at increasing the company presence within their sector and growing their market share. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a successful company playing a vital role in helping to acheive their ambitious plans for the future.

Duties include -

• Build & manage an effective high performing marketing team
• Create & manage profiles of our various businesses, social platforms, etc
• Oversee brand building of our products in the marketplace including packaging, merchantising, POS design, etc
• Identify effective channels for promotion of our products to various target markets
• Create concepts & ideas for multiple marketing campaigns
• Delegate & oversee production of marketing contentl eg, images, videos
• Oversee campaign rollouts & analysis of effectiveness
• Organise events eg. trade shows, product launches, open days, etc
• Streamline Databases, CRM, etc for ongoing re-use of information

Skills required :

• Excellent communication & presentation skills
• Strong planning, organisation, and time management discipline
• Business acumen/commercial awareness
• Ability to spot and capitalise on business and marketing opportunities
• Proficient in IT, digital marketing, social media, etc
• Ability to be creative, innovative and imaginative within the role
• Ability to think clearly and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to manage & motivate people to meet project deadlines
