We are seeking a creative and passionate Experienced Florist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a flair for design and a strong understanding of floral arrangements, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with customers. This role involves not only crafting beautiful floral displays but also engaging with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

Duties
Design and create floral arrangements for various occasions, including weddings, funerals, and corporate events.

Assist customers in selecting flowers and arrangements that suit their needs while providing excellent customer service.

Communicate effectively with clients to understand their vision and provide recommendations.

Keep the work area clean and organised, adhering to health and safety standards.

Stay updated on floral trends and techniques to enhance creativity in designs.

Qualifications
Proven experience as a Florist is essential

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.

Creativity and attention to detail in floral design are essential.
