Digital Tonic are delighted to be working with an automotive organisation based in Hampshire to recruit a Head of Marketing. This is an incredibly exciting time for the growing organisation.

The role will focus on leading the Marketing strategy and managing the Marketing team. The successful candidate will bring experience of developing a marketing function and have a great growth mindset for the overall dynamic of the team.

Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in a strategic marketing role with a strong track record of executing successful campaigns and achieving measurable results.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor a team of marketing professionals to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.
• Expertise in developing and implementing long-term marketing and promotional plans to achieve business objectives.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset for evaluating and optimizing marketing performance.
• Strong knowledge of marketing trends, competitor analysis, customer segmentation, and market analysis to inform strategy adjustments.
• Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including customer relationship management (CRM) systems, social media management platforms, and analytics tools.

Benefits

There’s a good starting salary of around £70k with and added car allowance and health insurance. It is a great opportunity to create something special for a thriving Automotive organisation. This is an office based role based in Hedge End.
