PHOTOGRAPHER

We have an exciting new opportunity for a photographer to join our studio team at The House of Bruar. The main aim of this role is to support the ever growing e-commerce business by producing high quality images of products to be advertised online.

In addition to e-commerce, this role will also include a considerable amount of still life imagery which will be used on the company’s Website, Social Media and Catalogues. Therefore a creative eye and knowledge of composition and lighting is desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Retouching and photographing to a professional standard
• Colour correcting photographs to match style and brand guidelines.
• Design and style still life images to a high standard to be used on the companies social media, website and catalogs
• Opportunity to assist on catalog shoots
• Liaise with colleagues to understand priorities and deadlines.
• Organising the transfer of product samples between studio and other departments.

Other photographic tasks may include, staff events, shop floor imagery and visitor/ staff portraits

What we are looking for:

• Knowledge of adobe creative suite, (in particular Photoshop and Lightroom)
• Strong background in E-commerce photography (preferred)
• Knowledge of Studio lighting
• Strong time keeping and communication skills
• Ability to work in a team

• Have technical knowledge and experience of Photography.
• Can work on own initiative and as part of a larger team.
