Job Overview:
CreativeHUT is seeking a dynamic Marketing Communications Manager to drive lead generation and online sales initially across the US, Europe, and the UK. This role is pivotal in developing and executing impactful marketing campaigns, nurturing customer journeys, and optimising lead conversion through HubSpot and other digital tools. With a strong focus on community impact project leads, learning space leads, large education sales leads, and online sales, you will play a critical role in growing the CreativeHUT brand while ensuring measurable sales outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Sales Growth
- Develop and execute data-driven marketing campaigns to generate leads for community impact projects, learning space initiatives, large-scale product sales, and eCommerce transactions.
- Optimise HubSpot to create and manage automated nurture journeys that increase engagement and improve lead scores.
- Track and report on marketing performance, continuously refining strategies to improve lead conversion rates.
- Work closely with the Sales team to ensure a seamless lead handover and maximise conversion.
- Identify and implement strategies for SEO, paid advertising, email marketing, and content marketing to drive traffic and sales.
Marketing Communications & Brand Growth
- Develop compelling multi-channel campaigns to enhance CreativeHUT’s brand presence and community engagement (working closely with the Brand Story and Community Manager).
- Oversee content creation for blogs, email marketing, landing pages, and sales collateral that aligns with audience needs.
- Implement a consistent brand voice across all marketing materials, ensuring alignment with CreativeHUT’s mission and impact.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, designers, and freelancers to support marketing initiatives.
- Lead digital advertising efforts, including Google Ads, social media ads, and programmatic marketing for targeted campaigns
Event Activation & Strategic Partnerships
- Lead marketing initiatives for CreativeHUT’s community impact programs and learning space projects to drive awareness and sales.
- Collaborate with education partners, nonprofits, and government agencies to promote STEAM education initiatives.
- Organise and manage marketing efforts for external flagship events, webinars, and workshops in collaboration with strategic partners.
- Communicate engaging case studies and success stories that showcase the impact of CreativeHUT’s solutions (working closely with the Brand Story and Community Manager)
Data Analysis & Optimisation
- Utilise HubSpot and other analytics tools to track marketing campaign effectiveness, adjusting strategies based on performance.
- Develop and manage a robust lead scoring system to prioritise and qualify leads effectively.
- A/B test and optimise email marketing campaigns, website landing pages, and digital ads to improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure marketing efforts support overarching business objectives.
Qualifications:
✔ Proven experience in marketing communications, demand generation, or digital marketing (preferably in the EdTech, STEAM, or educational technology sector).
✔ Expertise in HubSpot for CRM, automation, lead nurturing, and scoring.
✔ Strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, PPC, and paid social media advertising.
✔ Experience in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns for lead generation and sales growth.
✔ Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience in content marketing and storytelling.
✔ Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
✔ Experience with eCommerce marketing strategies and tools like Shopify (preferred).
✔ Passion for STEAM education and the impact of learning technologies in schools and communities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
