As a Store Manager, you will take ownership of your store, develop your team, and drive business success at one of the UK’s leading telecommunications companies.

What You 'll Be Doing:

• Inspire and lead a high-performing team, providing motivation and development opportunities.
• Drive sales and business growth by identifying new opportunities.
• Create a welcoming, customer-focused environment that delivers outstanding service.
• Establish a high-performance culture, balancing financial and behavioral KPIs.
• Work closely with the Regional Manager to build a long-term succession strategy.
