Location: Emsworth

Key Responsibilities:

• Menu Development: Create and deliver exciting seasonal menus that showcase the best of fresh, local ingredients, with a focus on seafood.
• Kitchen Leadership: Manage and inspire a team, ensuring smooth service and a high standard of food quality.
• Stock & Supplier Management: Work with trusted suppliers to source the best ingredients, control stock levels, and manage food costs effectively.
• Hygiene & Safety: Maintain the highest levels of kitchen hygiene, following all food safety regulations and ensuring compliance with HACCP procedures.
• Efficiency & Quality: Oversee prep and service to ensure dishes are consistently high quality and efficiently delivered.

Requirements

• Requirements:* Experience: Previous experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a fresh food environment.* Passion for Ingredients: A love for working with fresh seafood and seasonal produce.* Leadership Skills: The ability to manage, train, and inspire a team.* Strong Organisation: Excellent kitchen management, stock control, and cost efficiency.* Commitment to Quality: A keen eye for detail and a drive to maintain high standards.
