Role : Finance Assistant

Salary : £24,960.00 per annum

Working Pattern : Monday – Friday, 9am – 5.30pm, 37.5 hours per week

Location : Deva House, Sandpiper Court, Chester Business Park, CH4 9QZ

Contract Type: Initially 6 months with the possibility of a permanent contract

Requirements

What are we looking for?

Are you interested in a finance career within an automotive business at the forefront of the industry, which is based on Chester Business Park?

If so, an opportunity has arisen for someone to join our small and friendly finance team.

What will you do?

• Daily vendor payments for purchased vehicles.
• Bank Reconciliation leading to release of paid vehicles.
• Aged Debtors & Creditors.
• Customer Damage Claims & refunds.
• Posting Invoices to Purchase Ledger.
• Ad hoc cover for other finance tasks.

What are we looking for?

• Good Maths (ideally A Level or equivalent).
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Keen eye for accuracy and timeliness.
• Good administration skills.
• Previous finance experience.
