Pay Rates : £13-£15.50

We have ongoing full and part time hours available.

As a Support Worker (SW), you’ll play a crucial role in empowering individuals to live their best lives. Your daily efforts will contribute to fostering independence and creating a supportive environment, building positive and trusting relationships with service users.

Requirements:

• We ask that you have a minimum of 6 months paid UK care experience within the last 2 years, in addition to proof of right to work in the UK (we are unable to offer visa sponsorship at this time.)
• Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to make a difference.
• The ability to commute to various locations - Driving licence preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
