We are looking for 2 brilliant Event Managers with a passion for delivering incredible events for a wide range of wonderful corporate clients - many of which are household names. The successful candidates will bring creativity and solid organisation to the planning and execution of a full range of bespoke events - experiential, brand activations, brand experience, trade shows, incentives, conferences.

A typical week …

One thing is for sure, no one day will be the same…

You’ll be juggling a number of clients and projects in a fairly high-pressure, dynamic and exciting environment.

Today you might be talking to a client about a new creative event brief, building stand-out proposals, quoting, sourcing items for bespoke hampers ready for build at the end of the week. The next, putting itineraries together for an incentive, exploring destinations, contacting hotels, sourcing amazing activities and adventures. The next meeting with another client to present some stunning visualisations, creating and managing event timelines, booking Domino pizzas for delivery at the same time to 100s of people across the UK, sourcing games, getting event kit from A to B, creating a short video for social media or the website, briefing the design team…and then celebrating success with a glass of bubbly as a team come the end of the week.

You’ll be travelling regularly, checking out amazing destinations, hotels and activities around the world and then on-site supporting and managing incredible live events. Therefore we need somebody who’s able to travel at the drop of a hat and this is likely to be over a weekend and to work outside normal hours.

Profile

The successful Events Manager should have:

• A degree in Event Management, Marketing or related experience
• Proven experience in managing and delivering successful events
• Strong organisational and project management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
• Proficiency in budget management and financial planning
• A strong understanding of marketing principles and practices
• Ability to bring your creativity and passion to this role
• A detail freak

You’ll need to be located within a commutable distance to our office in Ascot as we are altogether and onsite most of the time! A minimum 3 days in the office including Mondays.
