Your main role will be in creating an experience at Beech Hill Country House, ensuring that our guests receive the highest levels of hospitality whilst experiencing the best in the business on quality of product and delivery.

Roles and responsibilities

Primarily your key responsibilities are:

• To ensure that you consistently deliver best in class Hospitality to our guests no matter the environment, through clear communication, concise delivery and true understanding of our guests.
• To fully understand our offering across Beech Hill Country House and be able to offer our guests clear information on what we have on offer, in our Bars and across our Property
• To ensure that our systems, procedures and actions are handled accurately and with a clear focus on what our guest wants.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: Up to £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 40 per week
