Our Motorcycle dealership are looking for an experienced and dedicated Motorcycle Technician to join our team at Balmer Lawn Motorrad and Royal Enfield team in Brockenhurst.

Position: Motorcycle Technician

Location: Balmer Lawn Garage

Brands: BMW Motorrad, Royal Enfield and multi-franchise used bikes.

Salary: £45,000 OTE - uncapped (Basic and Commission)

Work Pattern: Monday to Friday 8:30am till 5:00pm plus alternating Saturday mornings.

This position would be ideal for an experienced Motorcycle Technician who is a dedicated to each job they are given, is motivated, and a good team player.

This is a role that covers all makes and models of vehicles, but mainly BMW Motorrad and Royal Enfield motorcycles, so ensuring you can switch between customers and enquiries whilst remaining focused is key. Working alongside prestige and high brand standards is critical within your role.

The ideal candidate will:

• Hold a Level 3 Motorcycle Technician qualification.

• Have previous experience as Motorcycle Technician within the Motor Trade

• Have a full UK bike licence.

• Maintain brand standards and requirements to ensure a high standard of work is produced.
