Role Overview:
As a Graphic Designer at Welcare , you will play a key role in shaping how our Augmented Reality Weekly Reports look, feel, and function. You will design visually engaging digital reports , incorporating QR codes, scannable images, and interactive media elements that trigger immersive video and photographic content when viewed through mobile devices.
This role is perfect for a designer with experience in interactive digital content, layout design, and AR-enhanced visuals who is eager to push the boundaries of digital reporting in the social care sector.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Design visually compelling weekly reports that integrate seamlessly with AR technology, ensuring a modern, intuitive, and engaging layout.
✔ Create interactive print & digital assets featuring scannable AR markers, QR codes, and embedded multimedia elements to be used in our reporting system.
✔ Work closely with developers and content creators to ensure a smooth user experience when reports transition from static images to dynamic AR content.
✔ Develop branding, templates, and design standards for AR reports, ensuring consistency and accessibility across all platforms.
✔ Edit and incorporate multimedia elements such as video thumbnails, motion graphics, and animations into AR-triggered experiences.
✔ Collaborate with the care team to ensure that the design elements align with the storytelling, confidentiality, and compliance required in social care documentation.
✔ Stay up to date with the latest trends in AR design, digital reporting, and interactive media , bringing fresh ideas to the team.
Requirements:
✅ Proven experience in graphic design , with a strong portfolio showcasing interactive digital content, AR integration, or publication design.
✅ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and After Effects).
✅ Experience designing for both print and digital platforms , ensuring seamless interaction between static and dynamic elements.
✅ Familiarity with Augmented Reality design tools (e.g., Adobe Aero, Unity, Spark AR, or similar) is a plus.
✅ Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles in interactive reporting and digital storytelling.
✅ Ability to edit and integrate multimedia elements (videos, GIFs, and animations) into digital designs.
✅ Strong attention to detail , ensuring a professional, polished final product.
✅ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
