Your Role
As a Chef de Partie , you’ll work across all kitchen sections, ensuring high standards in food preparation and presentation. Your duties will include:
1. Preparing, cooking, and plating dishes to the required standard
2. Managing food stock and prep levels
3. Cooking and plating during busy service times
4. Following strict health, safety, and hygiene regulations
5. Maintaining a clean and organised workstation
