What You 'll Be Doing
- Winning New Business: You’ll be on the front lines, knocking on doors, making calls, and meeting site managers, contractors, and business owners to bring in fresh clients.
- Managing Key Accounts: It’s not just about closing deals–it’s about keeping those clients happy and ensuring they stay with us long-term.
- Selling Recruitment Solutions: You’ll understand the labour needs of construction companies and sell them our recruitment services as a solution to their workforce challenges.
- On-Site Visits: You won’t be tied to a desk. You’ll be out meeting clients, walking construction sites, and ensuring our candidates are delivering.
- Hitting (and Exceeding) Targets: We don’t do confusing multi-layered KPIs - we focus on what drives revenue. You’ll have clear targets and the tools to smash them.
What We 're Looking For
- Industry Knowledge: You’ve worked in or sold into construction, plant hire, scaffolding, or a similar environment.
- Proven Sales Ability: You can sell, negotiate, and close deals. Whether it’s on-site, on the phone, or over a coffee, you know how to get a “yes.”
- Thick Skin & Resilience: You’ll hear “no” a lot. Doesn’t phase you. You keep pushing until you turn it into a “yes.”
- Relationship Builder: You can chat with everyone from labourers to site directors and make them feel like they’ve known you for years.
