As the HR Operations Manager, you won’t just be overseeing HR functions; you’ll be the heartbeat of our hospitality teams. This role blends operational excellence with a fun, engaging approach to talent management. You will lead our recruitment efforts, champion internal progression, nurture strong internal relationships, and ensure our venue management teams thrive. With occasional site visits, you’ll be hands-on in driving investigations, managing disciplinaries, and ensuring our teams are set up for success.

What You 'll Do

• Lead a small HR department with a creative and people-centric approach that aligns with our diverse brand identities.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and venue managers to implement innovative HR strategies that foster growth and engagement.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process to attract top talent who share our passion for hospitality and vibrant brand culture.
• Cultivate relationships with external partners and leverage creative channels to build a strong candidate pipeline.
• Champion internal career progression and nurture internal relationships, ensuring team members have clear pathways for progression.
• Design and execute engaging training and development programs that empower our teams to grow and excel.
• Oversee performance auditing processes for venue management staff, ensuring standards are met in a supportive environment.
• Lead investigations and handle disciplinary matters with fairness and transparency, always aiming to learn and improve.
• Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures that are fun, practical, and compliant with industry standards.
• Ensure all practices meet legal requirements while also supporting our vibrant, creative culture.
• Participate in occasional site visits to our varied venues, therefore a driving licence is advantageous.
• Serve as the friendly face of HR, building rapport with teams and maintaining a pulse on the day-to-day hospitality environment.
