Overview
Medify, a leading tech company dedicated to enhancing the healthcare journey, seeks a Talent Manager with a strong background in psychology to join our Operations team. This role is integral in sourcing, acquiring, developing, and retaining talent, fostering a thriving workplace culture, and aligning workforce capabilities with strategic organisational goals.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute talent acquisition and retention strategies to meet the needs of diverse teams, including engineering, product professionals, educational experts, and operations.
- Design career progression frameworks and facilitate psychometric assessments to ensure role alignment and support individual development within the company.
- Lead the creation and implementation of workshops focusing on cultural enhancement and skills development.
- Coordinate and source external training programs that align with the professional growth objectives of employees and the strategic directions of Medify.
- Work closely with department heads to ensure seamless integration of talent management strategies with overall business needs.
Qualifications
- A Master’s degree in Psychology, Organisational Psychology, or a closely related field.
- Additional qualifications in Human Resources Management or a related discipline, such as a certification from the British Psychological Society, especially in Occupational Testing, would be beneficial.
Experience and Knowledge
- At least 5 years of experience in a talent management or organisational development role, with a strong emphasis on psychological assessment and employee development.
- Demonstrated ability to implement effective talent management strategies and psychometric testing within a dynamic organisational context.
- Knowledge of the latest trends in psychology-based talent management and workforce development.
Skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills , with the capacity to engage effectively with all organisational levels.
- Goal-oriented and proactive , capable of independently managing multiple priorities.
- Strong organisational and negotiation skills , coupled with a data-driven approach to decision making.
- Demonstrated ability to foster a collaborative work environment and manage complex team dynamics.
