Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer

Salary: £45,000

Location: Hampshire

Hours: Monday - Friday (Full -Time)

Due to continued growth, CTR Engineering are looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join leading building services contractor to the industrial, commercial & Government sectors. Specialising in plumbing, electrical, heating and ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration, and all other aspects of the building services trade.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for commissioning, servicing, installing, repairing, and maintaining Air Conditioning systems used in residential, commercial, MoD and industrial buildings.
• The role will encompass the following but not limited to the following criteria: - Commission, Service, Install, Repair and Maintain AC Systems
• Review building plans and specifications to determine the requirements for Air Conditioning Equipment.
• Assist in the installation of HVAC Controls Panels and Leak Detection Systems.
• Design and installation of pipework containment systems, including the installation of containment systems for allied trades.
• Assist the technical department in the day-to-day servicing of the clients and manufacturers that we work for.
• Ensure all junior team members are competent in their tasks and are given full instructions to complete any tasks set for them.
• Ensure all junior team members are working in a safe manner and are following all the Health & Safety guidelines
• Ordering of materials needed to complete the job in hand.
• Maintain all building codes, installation requirements and relevant legislation
• Assist in the maintenance of the companies F-Gas register and look to progress the Refcom Elite Membership.
• Maintain the Manufacturer Training requirements and assist in the administration of the Samsung, Mitsubishi, Daikin and other manufacturer Installer Schemes.
• Attend training courses as required to further benefit the company’s technical knowledge.
• Provide Training support for all air conditioning, mechanical and electrical trainees.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 2 or 3/F Gas Cat 1
• Full Drivers Licence
