Solar Energy Sales/Account Executive - Full Time

Location: Middleton, Manchester
Salary: £40,000 Basic (£150,000 OTE)
Hours: Monday - Thursday: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM, Friday: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Saturday (Rotational): 8:30 AM - 2:30 PM

The Role

  • Sales Closer for online consultations with pre-qualified leads.
  • Present and close deals for solar and battery solutions.
  • No cold calling --work with inbound leads generated by our marketing team.
  • Operate within a modern office with full training and support.
  • Manage a daily pipeline of clients and work to close high-value deals.

Who You Are

  • Proven sales closer with experience in solar energy and battery storage.
  • Highly motivated, results-driven, and energized by high commission.
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for selling.
  • Strong work ethic, resilient, and able to manage time effectively.
  • Own a vehicle for commuting.

Requirements

  • Experience in the solar panel and battery storage industry.
  • Proficient in using computers and CRM systems.
  • Excellent telephone manner and confident in closing deals.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
