The RVT Group is seeking an organised Site Logistic Coordinator to enhance our project team. This is primarily an office-based Project Support role assisting our site install teams at a range of engagement levels to ensure that all projects and installations are carried out safely, on time and in budget. A background or knowledge of electrics, experience of a site environment an understanding of H&S and writing RAMS coupled with a readiness to learn our kit so that you can support our clients will make you the perfect candidate.
You will be based at our Sheffield Operations hub in a busy Project Office team. There will be an occasional requirement to visit sites around the country.

Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with customer regarding site installations/inductions/transport to receive our kit via telephone.
- Prepare and review RAMS and other site-specific documentation in a timely manner.
- Liaise with the customer and internal sales team to solve site and equipment queries using your electrical knowledge and understanding of H&S.
- Lead on general project administration, ensuring all systems are kept up-to-date and reflect the most recent updates
- Allocate engineer to differing projects, based on their area of expertise and ensuring fair distribution of workload.
- Take breakdown calls from clients and assist with the success resolution of equipment breakdown.
- Provide site installation support on occasion, when required.
- Assist with CAD design drawings to supply to site and install engineers
Requirements
- 2 years Project Office experience (E)
- Construction site experience (E)
- CSCS card (D)
- Electrical qualifications or related NVQ Level 2/3 (E)
- Maths & English Level 2 (E)
- Health & Safety Cert e.g. ISOH/SSSTS (E)
- Project Management Qual – Prince2 / APM (D)
- RAMS (E)
- Water Treatment experience (D)
- Driving license (D)
