About the Service/ Maintenance Engineer role:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our maintenance team working on client sites performing general electrical and electronic security duties to ensure that our systems / products (and third-party products in some instances) are functioning as specified.
As a Service/ Maintenance Engineer, your duties and responsibilities will include:

Repair and maintenance of door entry, access control and CCTV systems (NACD and third-party equipment).

Maintenance and repair of product software and alteration of system settings.

Participation on the NACD Emergency out-of-hours rota.

Ensure that all works are carried out in accordance with client Service Level Agreement requirements and expectations in a timely manner, with client sign-off and all necessary photographic recording performed as required, where possible.

About You:
If you have experience in the door entry / access control and CCTV industry in a maintenance or installation engineering role, you’ll want to hear about NACD. Essential Experience and Skills of the Service/ Maintenance Engineer:

Previous experience in a similar role

High level of technical and electronic security skills

Knowledge of Avigilon, Paxton, HikVision, BPT preferred.

Networking and IP knowledge preferred.

Sound knowledge of the security industry.

Genuine interest in learning about new products, both NACD and third-party lines.

A full UK Driving Licence.

Logical thinking and methodical approach.

Reliability and honesty.

Effective communication skills, both written and spoken.

Good interpersonal skills, with both clients and colleagues.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
