Design at Revolut is all about balancing that sense of creativity with a deep attention to detail. Our customers have come to expect a certain level of look and feel from our products — and it’s up to us to keep pushing their expectations higher.

As a Designer, you’ll drive processes and projects from discovery to deliver. The decisions you make will be powered by a profound understanding of our customers and their interests. And you’ll have a sharp eye for strategy as the team — and the company — look to scale to even greater heights.

Here’s what that looks like in practise.

What you’ll be doing

• Owning and creating documentation, design systems, and guidelines when needed
• Art directing our talented partner agencies to get the best results for Revolut
• Delivering creative visual assets and motion design that bring our brand to life
• Concepting and developing content for campaigns
• Working with our product, marketing, and internal teams to deliver the best solutions for our projects
• Gathering design references, creating mood boards, scamps, storyboards, and animatics to communicate ideas to the team and stakeholders
• Owning projects, from concept through to completion
• Working across multiple project deadlines

What you’ll need

• Experience as a graphic designer
• Background in branding or advertising environments
• Outstanding online portfolio demonstrating success in creating compelling visual brand systems for companies, products or campaigns
• Skills: creative design, motion graphics, visual design, editorial, typography, digital design, social media, creative thinking, branding identity, art direction
• Excellent experience with Adobe Creative Cloud apps, and other prototyping tools such as Figma and Miro
• Experience leading a design process end-to-end with the support and management of assisting designers, motion and 3D artists

Compensation range

• Vilnius: €3,100 - €3,300 gross monthly*
• Lithuania: €3,100 - €3,300 gross monthly*
• Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
• Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s qualifications, skills, and previous experience
