We have an opportunity for a motivated Business Development Executive to join the Buyer Relations team to work for Worldwide Events, the company behind m &i, Private Luxury Events, TFest and Amour.

Worldwide Events specialises in business-to-business trade events bringing together key players in the travel and events industry. We believe in making business joyful because networking should be fun!
The company is an established front-runner of the Meeting & Incentive, Luxury, and Romantic Travel sectors with events hosted in destinations such as Dubai, Ibiza, Istanbul, Seville, Oslo, The Bahamas, Jordan, Mexico - pretty great, right?

Additionally, you 'll:
- Reach and exceed buyer recruitment targets every month
- Manage full recruitment process from prospecting to confirmed attendance of buyers
- Nurture a long-lasting relationship with client and develop a thorough understanding of their business
- Keeping up with industry trends to advise on strategies and tactical development
- Attending the events to further develop relationships with your clients and assist with onsite event management
About you
To be considered as a Business Development Manager, you will need:
- Results-driven performer with a proven track record of achieving within a sales role
- Positive attitude and hunger to succeed in sales
- Strength and confidence in selling as well as in person presentations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with good time-management
- Experience using a CRM and Office 365
- Good people skills
- Additional language skills are an advantage
