Would you like an opportunity to join and international business, helping with our expansion across Europe?

Benchmark International is a global company sales specialist, handling company sales across the SME and Corporate mid-markets, with ten international offices.

An exciting and new opportunity has arisen to help develop a new territory in German. You will be working in our Deal Origination Office in Bolton but supporting Directors working from our Dusseldorf Office.

Previous customer service, sales, administration and/or personal assistant roles are preferred, but anybody motivated enough for the challenge who speak and write fluent German are also welcomed to apply.

Full training will be provided.

The Role:

  • Communicating with our friendly Clients on behalf of Benchmark International Directors, ensuring the Clients requirements are met in respect of the potential future sale of their business
  • Diary management and arranging follow up meeting for Benchmark International’s Directors
  • Administering documents and providing full support like that of a Personal Assistant
  • Working with an advanced CRM system
  • Working to and meeting realistic targets - great, uncapped commission rates

Key Competencies:

  • Fluent in German, both written and verbal
  • Strong desire to be successful, for themselves and their clients
  • Target/Money driven
  • Willingness to learn
  • Computer literate
  • Strong literacy and numeracy skills

  • £23k basic salary (depending on experience) plus uncapped commission - realistic on target earning of £30k plus
