Our service covers all aspects of school swimming, including National Curriculum, Able Gifted and Talented, Nursery swimming, top-up swim lessons for those children that need a little more support and swimming for children with SEND. SHARES Swimming has been recognised as a high-quality provider by Swim England for its innovative work and wide-ranging packages of support.

We are looking to recruit a highly-skilled individual, with a passion for coordinating or managing swim provisions and delivering high-quality swimming lessons. The successful candidate will lead our small team of dedicated and highly skilled swim instructors, deliver high quality swimming lessons in line with Swim England guidelines, organise lessons, liaise with the pool operators and be the main point of contact for all of our schools. In return, we offer a competitive salary package and daytime work on a term time only basis. The successful candidate must have a relevant level 2 swimming qualification and also a reach and rescue or national pool lifeguard qualification.
