Purpose of the role:
RA seeks a commercial Credit & Treasury Manager to manage the business’s day-to-day credit & treasury operations. The successful candidate will oversee credit control, manage Promoter cash flows, and ensure seamless coordination between our revenue-generating functions and the core finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and proactive candidate with a minimum of 4 years experience in a commercial or finance-adjacent role.
Key responsibilities:
- Bridging Revenue & Finance Teams
- Act as the key liaison between the revenue and finance teams, ensuring alignment with cash collection, payment processes, and commercial deals.
- Assist in the delivery of reporting to ensure accurate financial reconciliations
- Credit & Collections Management
- Working closely with the Credit Controller, develop and implement a robust credit control framework to drive collections efforts and improve payment cycles.
- Provide regular reporting on debtor positions and bad debt provisions.
- Treasury & Cash Management
- Optimise cash and working capital management, including monitoring bank balances and forecasting inflows/outflows.
- Assess and manage foreign exchange (FX) risk where applicable, implementing strategies to mitigate currency exposure.
- Promoter Payment Management
- Manage the promoter payment process, working closely with the Customer Success and Revenue teams to ensure accurate, timely payments.
- Continuously develop and streamline processes to enhance the promoter experience and improve efficiency.
We’re looking for:
- At least 4 years in either a commercial or financially-focused role
- Experience implementing and managing complex cross-departmental processes
- Proven ability to manage relationships effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with large datasets
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets
- Experience working with commercial contracts / deals a plus
- Experience with ERP/accounting software a plus
- Experience in credit control, treasury management, or financial risk management a plus
