Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Product Owner to join our growing Product Strategy and Delivery team reporting to the Product Manager. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining and delivering product features, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation, and representing the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle.

What You 'll Be Doing

• Work with stakeholders, internal and external, to gather and define product requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Own and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring a clear understanding of the product roadmap.
• Collaborate with development teams to break down complex features into user stories and ensure clear acceptance criteria.
• Ensure product features are delivered on time, meeting quality standards.
• Alongside the Product Manager, continuously evaluate product performance, gather feedback, and iterate to drive improvement.
• Assist the Product Manager in developing product strategies and roadmaps.
• Communicate progress and product updates to internal and external stakeholders.

What We Need From You

• 2-5 years of experience as a Product Owner, ideally in cybersecurity, education, or technology sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience with Agile/Scrum, stakeholder management, and balancing customer, business, and technical needs.
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and communication skills.
• Experience in cybersecurity or training products, and familiarity with Product Management tools (such as Jira/Trello) is a plus. Knowledge of UX/UI principles is also beneficial.
