We are seeking a strategic, results-driven marketing manager to spearhead proposition development and refinement for services/solutions, ensuring that they resonate with key buyer groups. We require an experienced and creative individual to understand market needs, define value propositions, and work with key stakeholders to ensure that the propositions are translated into powerful marketing programmes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B professional services marketing, a passion for storytelling, and the ability to translate complex services into client-centric messaging.
Requirements
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and refine marketing propositions for new and existing services, ensuring alignment with business objectives, market dynamics, and client needs.
- Conduct market and competitive research to uncover trends, opportunities and differentiators.
- Stakeholder management and coordination of experts throughout ideation, planning, development and implementation.
- Proactively engage the wider marketing team to collaborate on positioning, messaging frameworks, and programme alignment.
- Work closely with content, digital, and brand teams to translate propositions into marketing materials.
- Copy writing for key marketing deliverables linked to solution launches (web, insight pieces, video content, digital advertising).
- Monitor key marketing performance metrics and can interpret data to optimise messaging.
- Ensure consistency in brand expression across all channels and markets.
Who You Are:
- Professional Services marketing experience or a similar B2B environment
- 8+ years’ experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on service marketing and/or value proposition development
- Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen
- Experience working cross-functionally with multiple teams; global experience a plus
- Ability to measure and evaluate programme performance
- Knowledge and interest in the current business environment, world economics and geopolitics
- Excellent written and verbal communications
- Fluency in English, verbal and written
- Strong team player
- Bachelor’s degree ideally in marketing or busines
