Business Development Manager
Overview

The Business Development Manager is there to secure and maintain valuable relationships with Landlords and Councils. They source new properties and opportunities to provide the very best proposition for Unity Housing Support and our partners. When sourcing properties they ensure each and every one complies with regulation, and prepared for immediate usage.

Our Business Development Manager 's are ambassadors for our organisation and industry representing us at community and industry events.

• Duties expected
  Sourcing new let opportunities through agents and private landlords

Attending viewings to conduct inventory videos

Negotiating commercial terms of business that mutually support all on all procurement

Producing contracts and obtaining the correct regulatory documentation

Liaising with suppliers of furniture and in house contractors to ensure properties are presented to Authority standards

Explore and recommend opportunities for tenders within authorities and opportunities to further enhance relationships

Attend Networking and other events to promote and advocate for the business where required

Skills required

Positive and flexible approach to all works

Strong negotiation skills with an excellent commercial acumen

High level of numeracy skills

Proven track record within Sales

Knowledge of the property industry (desired)

Proven track record of Account Management (desired)

Excellent communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £28,000.00-£31,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

• Commission pay

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• London, NW10 2JJ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

• Business Development Occupations: 3 years (required)
• Property management: 1 year (required)
